We built the marketplace we wanted to use ourselves: another source of 30-day and monthly guests, without replacing Airbnb, VRBO, or Furnished Finder.

Do I have to stop using Airbnb?
No. Keep Airbnb, VRBO, Furnished Finder, and direct bookings. RentalGuru is another channel, not a replacement.
Do I create the listing myself?
No. Import an existing listing, or add a property without a link. We set up the account and property page. You review it.
Can a monthly guest make more than short-term?
Sometimes. A $200 nightly rate at 60% occupancy is $3,600 in a 30-day month, with several turnovers. One guest at $4,000 for the month is more revenue and one checkout.
Compare monthly net income and workload, not only the nightly rate. The right mix depends on the property and the market.
How much does it cost?
There is no listing subscription. RentalGuru charges a commission only when a guest books. We confirm the exact rate when we set up your listing.
