The apartment is adjacent to our home. Separate entrance through an outdoor porch; you are welcome to use the sitting area for catching your breath, reading, etc. Complete kitchen including full refrigerator and compact oven & stove, comes fully equipped. Bedroom is spacious and has a walk in closet; full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Individual A/C unit. Lots of windows; the large one in bedroom has vertical shades, so you can sleep during the day if you're doing night shifts.There are three laundry facilities nearby, and they all do wash and fold; my favorite is the ecological one where you drop off and pick up. I believe they are now delivering.Markets and food delivery services are also at the main corner. Beautiful parks and spots to walk, when open. HEALTH MEASURES: During the global pandemic, we set up extra steps for sanitizing before and after professional cleaning is completed. We will continue caring for our guests this way. HOME RULES: Visitors must be pre-approved prior to coming unto the property. This stay is optimal for one working professional, maximum capacity is for a couple as the space is compact.
