About my home, I live in one of the nicest neighborhoods around and I have been here for over 30 years now. All my neighbors have been here for many years as well and we all look out for one another so it is very quiet and safe. Your private rooms will be located in the back and there is a huge backyard that you will be able to enjoy. As part of your renting fee, all utilities are included, and you will not only be getting the benefit of a master bedroom but, that leads into another room that you will have access to as a den or an office with a desk to work on while you are visiting and perhaps working. The place you will be staying has U-verse television, and Wi-fi internet services as well. Of course, the bedroom has a bathroom with a shower. I have provided a microwave, a nice-sized refrigerator, a toaster oven, and a blender for making fruit drinks, a crock pot Also, a new lock has been put on the door and the door is located in the back of the home. I must mention the highlights for I am located only 4 miles from the beach which is great. Also, about the same miles away is the Aventura Mall, restaurants, grocery store and the Hospital, if you are working there. You will also have access to a washer and dryer while you are here where laundry can be done for you if you are busy and wish that service. Those services are included in the price. There are many restaurants and fast food places so you can't go wrong being in this perfect location.
