The unit is on the 2nd floor with a back door very close to the back entrance of the hotel that is right across from the garage so an elevator is note needed.
Coconut Grove is a very high end historic location in miami very close to the miami international airport, Miami Beach, Wynwood and the Design District. This area is very expensive but amazing to live in with short walks to restaurants, coffee shops and retail stores. Mutiny Hotel is right across from Dinner Key Marina and Government Cut inlet. Gorgeous views of the bay can be part of your daily life!
