The host was incredibly attentive and responsive to our inquiries throughout our stay. Managing the needs of 16 guests can be quite the challenge, but they made it feel effortless. Communication is key when renting a home, and I appreciated how prompt and clear they were. The property was just as described, which made settling in easy. The only hiccup was the oven, which unfortunately was out of order, but the host quickly assessed the situation and confirmed it was non-functional. Luckily, we didn't need to cook elaborate meals since we were visiting for a wedding. We also loved some delightful surprises the host provided during our stay—what a lovely touch! A massive thank you to the host for everything. I will definitely consider booking other properties they manage in the future.
