Entire rental unit. Expansive Brickell Condo Featuring a Balcony, Fitness Center, and Pool Access

We arrived after a long flight, landing around 1:00 PM, excited for our vacation. We planned to grab some lunch and check-in later at 4:00 PM. However, when we returned at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still busy. After waiting until 5:49 PM, we inquired about the delay but received no response. By 7:02 PM, we followed up again and were told we'd be updated soon. Unfortunately, we finally gained access to the property around 7:45 PM. To make matters worse, there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still busy tiling the floor until around 9:30 PM. They also left the used toilet and sink along with a plunger in the kitchen during our stay. We never received an apology or any effort to rectify the situation. I reached out about a possible refund for the late check-in and the inconveniences but was told the owner would need to be consulted, and I never heard back. Overall, this experience was quite frustrating, and I wouldn't consider renting from this host again.

We had a fantastic time staying at this property! It was the perfect venue for our family's reunion. I highly recommend booking it, just confirm that the pool has been cleaned prior to your arrival. Unfortunately, we had to skip our planned barbecue day because the pool needed some maintenance and turned a bit murky. The property manager quickly addressed this issue with the pool service. Our host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions. Truly a wonderful host!

This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the often overpriced short-term rental scene of West Palm Beach. It's quite cozy and would work well for a solo traveler, a couple, or even two friends, as the bed can be arranged to suit your needs. The location is perfect for exploring everything WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been nicely updated and includes a range, fridge, and modern sink with countertop. The bathroom has been renovated too, featuring thoughtful details like a dimmer switch for lighting. There are ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom to keep things cool, in addition to the excellent air conditioning. The closet is well-designed with a great organizational system for your belongings. Access to a shared washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, is a nice bonus (especially if you need extra space, as the main house is also available as a rental). The property manager was very responsive and dealt with a couple of minor issues promptly and effectively. All in all, this property met our expectations, and I would gladly book again.
