Communication was key, and the host excelled in that area, which I believe is crucial for a pleasant Airbnb experience. The property matched the description perfectly. The only issue we encountered was with the oven, but the host arrived promptly to check it out and confirmed it was out of order. Thankfully, the stovetop functioned without any problems. We weren't doing any major cooking since we were there for a wedding, so it wasn't a huge inconvenience. We appreciated the thoughtful extras the host provided, which were a delightful surprise. A huge thank you to the host! We will certainly look to book other properties managed by them in the future.

Although the building is quite sizable, the host provided a thorough tour, which made settling in effortless. The condo itself is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything functioned perfectly, and it was spotless.

We arrived on a flight that landed around 1:00 pm, hoping to grab a quick bite and check in at 4:00 pm. When we got there, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working and that we would need to wait a bit longer. After waiting until 5:49 pm for an update without a response, we checked in again at 7:02 pm. Unfortunately, it wasn't until about 7:45 pm that we were finally able to get inside. Once we did, we discovered ongoing repairs from a leak in the lower bathroom, with workers still tiling the floors until around 9:30 pm. To make things worse, there was a used toilet and sink along with a plunger left out in the kitchen area throughout our stay. There was no apology or effort to rectify the situation. I inquired about a possible refund for the delays and issues but was told the owner would need to be consulted, and I never heard back. Overall, it was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't consider booking again.
