Entire rental unit. Charming Newly Renovated Studio with Washer/Dryer in the Heart of Gramercy

Unfortunately, I couldn't make it to my stay due to an unexpected emergency evacuation. The host was very understanding and promptly issued a refund. I appreciate their flexibility during a difficult time.

The host was truly exceptional, always available and quick to address any questions or requests I had. They provided remarkable assistance to numerous guests in finding last-minute accommodations for the event, and tailored their help to meet individual needs. The studio itself was beautifully designed and equipped with everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Access to the swimming pool was an added bonus, which really helped soothe my tired legs after long hours on my feet. I will definitely be returning!

Our stay here for work was absolutely fantastic! The property had ample space, and the beds were both comfy and spotless. The two cottage rooms in the back provided us with extra privacy, each with its own bathroom, which was a huge plus. We also enjoyed the pool area; although it was surrounded by trees and we had to use the nets to keep it clean, we still enjoyed relaxing in it on those warm days. The sound of the waterfall added a wonderfully calming ambiance in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, perfect for our evening strolls to the local Publix. Its location right near Clematis St and City Place meant we were just a stone's throw away from countless bars, restaurants, and the beach. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any of our inquiries. We would love to return here in the future if it's available!
