I found the location to be quite distant from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and just 5 minutes by car. The room was smaller than expected with only a double bed, a small sofa, and a mini-table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were not working properly, and there were no kitchen amenities available. Given the price, which felt excessive for what was offered, I was relieved to receive a full refund under Airbnb's policy. At over $300, the value simply didn't match the accommodation and amenities provided. I hope the property manager considers adjusting the pricing and adding more facilities to enhance the guest experience.

The owner was incredibly accommodating and the apartment was just perfect. Beautifully decorated, spotless, and free of any mess. My mother enjoyed her stay immensely and couldn't stop raving about it.

Our stay at this property was fantastic for our family gathering! It provided the perfect environment for everyone to unite and enjoy quality time together. I would definitely suggest checking in with the host to confirm that the pool is in good shape ahead of your arrival. Unfortunately, we had a setback with the pool turning cloudy, which meant we couldn't have our planned BBQ day, but the issue was quickly handled by the owner. I can't praise the host enough for their attentiveness and quick responses. Truly a wonderful experience!

Unfortunately, I couldn't make it to my reservation due to a sudden emergency evacuation. The host was very understanding and promptly refunded my payment. I appreciate their kindness and flexibility during such a stressful time.
