Fantastic house in an excellent location! I would definitely book here again.
The location of the property was quite far from the convention center as it took us over 30 minutes to walk there (about 5 minutes by car). The room was small with just a double bed, a sofa, and a little table. Unfortunately, the shower was not working properly and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the price, we felt it was quite steep compared to what we received. Thankfully, we were able to get a full refund according to Airbnb’s policy, but for over $300, the overall value just didn't add up. I hope in the future there will be more reasonable pricing and additional facilities provided.
We had an amazing time at this property with a group of 12 for my friend's bachelorette getaway. The house was just as described, spotless, and met all our needs perfectly. Plus, it was just a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to check out! The host was incredibly attentive and provided great recommendations. Highly recommend this place for a fun trip!

The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it ideal for our family getaway. The pool was enjoyable, though the heater appeared to be out of order, so we ended up using the hot tub instead, which was quite pleasant! The guest studios next to the pool are compact but offer a nice touch of privacy if needed. Be aware that the house is older, so there are some signs of wear. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer were not functioning properly, as the freezer didn't get cold enough, causing our ice to melt. The staircase is a bit tricky, and with only one bedroom on the main floor, I wouldn't recommend this place for guests who have trouble with mobility. There's no bathroom or shower on the main level either. However, if you're sharing the cost with several families, the price is reasonable for the area.

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb! The apartment is quite roomy and comfortable, with just a few minor upgrades needed. Overall, we were really pleased with our extended visit. The location is fantastic, offering easy parking, a gym, and a large swimming pool that provides stunning sunset views each evening.
Our arrival was a bit challenging. We landed around 1:00 PM and planned to enjoy a lunch before checking in at 4:00 PM. However, when we arrived at 4:00 PM, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working. After several inquiries, we finally received access around 7:45 PM. To make matters worse, we discovered that there had been a plumbing issue in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy tiling the floor. The noise from the tile cutting continued until late in the evening. Furthermore, we found discarded items like the toilet and sink left in the kitchen throughout our stay without any apologies from the host. I even asked about a possible refund due to the delays and the issues we faced, but I was told they would check with the owners, and I never received any follow-up. Overall, the experience was underwhelming, and I can't see myself booking with them again.
