The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt very safe, making it ideal for a family vacation. The pool was enjoyable, although the heater wasn't functioning, so it was a bit chilly for us. Fortunately, we took advantage of the hot tub, which was quite pleasant! The guest studios by the pool are smaller, but they offer a nice bit of privacy if that's what you're looking for. Keep in mind that this is an older property, so there's some expected wear and tear. We did have some issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer was more like a fridge, so we couldn't keep ice, and all our ice packs melted. The stairs were a bit tricky, and with only one bedroom on the main floor, it might not be the best choice for anyone with mobility challenges. There isn't a bath or shower in the main area either. Overall, the price was reasonable for the location, especially when shared among several families.

Access to the swimming pool was a fantastic bonus, really helping to ease my legs after long hours on my feet. I'm definitely planning to return!

You can easily walk to all the essentials—Starbucks is just a couple of minutes away, along with great shops and live music venues. While the furnishings may show some signs of wear, the stunning views from the window and sliding door make it all worthwhile.
