The owner was incredibly helpful and flexible with our last-minute reservation following the hurricane evacuation. We truly appreciated the support during a stressful time.

The owner was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making the entire experience delightful. The property itself was very cozy, perfect for our group with its two well-appointed en suite bedrooms and a spacious living area. It was peaceful and provided a great atmosphere for restful nights.

We arrived on a flight that landed around 1 PM, expecting to have lunch and check into the property by 4 PM. However, when we arrived at 4 PM, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still busy, and it would take a while longer. After checking in again at 5:49 PM without a response, we followed up again at 7:02 PM. Finally, we were granted access close to 7:45 PM. Once inside, we discovered that there had been a plumbing issue in the downstairs bathroom, resulting in workers tiling the floor until about 9:30 PM. Unfortunately, they left behind a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, in the kitchen area throughout our stay. There was no apology for the inconveniences, and when I inquired about a possible refund for the late check-in and other issues, I was told the owner would need to approve it, yet no follow-up occurred. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations, and I cannot recommend this property for future stays.
