The location of the rental was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and about 5 minutes by car. The room was on the smaller side, with just a double bed, a sofa, and a small table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were not working properly, and the kitchen was lacking any essential equipment. Considering the price relative to the location and amenities, it felt excessively high. I was relieved to receive a full refund per Airbnb policy, but paying over $300 seemed unreasonable for what was offered. I hope future guests find a more competitively priced option with better facilities.
