My friends and I spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb, and it was an excellent choice for our first visit to West Palm. The property is ideally situated—everything we wanted to see was just a short drive away, and some spots were even a pleasant walk from the house. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, which was a big plus for us. This charming 100-year-old home features a lovely pool area and a cabana, which we enjoyed immensely; the two casitas were also a fantastic bonus for our large group. The host was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to our inquiries, ensuring a smooth stay. While the washer and dryer could use an upgrade and the pillows weren't the best, these were minor issues compared to the overall experience. If you're traveling with a larger group and need a prime location, this place is highly recommended!

We had a fantastic time celebrating my sister’s bachelorette weekend at this property! It easily fit our group of 13, offering ample bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone's convenience. The two guest houses added a nice touch, allowing us some privacy while still being close together. The outdoor space was gorgeous and provided excellent spots for photos. Plus, the location was ideal - just a short drive to downtown West Palm Beach! The owner was very attentive and responsive, which made our experience even better. I highly recommend this place for any large gatherings!
The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The building itself is a bit dated, though. The host was very communicative, which I appreciated. However, the carpets could really use a deep clean, and I noticed some of the furniture was in rough shape with peeling leather. Despite these issues, I had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the overall experience. Just a few improvements would make it perfect.
We had a fantastic getaway with a group of 12 for a bachelorette party. The house was just what we needed—spotlessly clean and true to the photos. It was a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to check out! The host was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to our questions. A wonderful spot for a fun trip!
The location of the property was quite a bit further from the convention center than expected, taking over 30 minutes on foot or just 5 minutes by car. The room felt small with just a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Additionally, the shower was out of order, and there were no kitchen amenities provided. Considering the distance and the facilities available, the price felt excessive. Thankfully, the host offered a full refund per Airbnb's policy, but I believe that over $300 for this space is significantly overpriced. I hope the pricing is adjusted in the future and that more facilities are added.
This place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. It offered plenty of space for all of us to relax. There were a few minor concerns, like the hot tub needing a good cleaning and some cracks in the flooring on the main level, but everything else matched the description well and we had no significant problems. If I were just rating the owner, they would earn a full five stars without a doubt. However, the unit did have a few issues that were outside the owner's control. There was a leaky faucet in one of the bathrooms, but the owner promptly arranged for repairs. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a bit more thorough cleaning, and the quality of the towels wasn't the best. It might be a good idea for the owner to consider replacing them.

The location couldn't be better—just a quick 10-minute ride from the airport (and surprisingly quiet), a short 2-minute stroll to a variety of shops and eateries, and only a 10-minute drive to the beach. Plus, it's a pleasant 15-minute walk to Clemantis, where there are fantastic dining options and an amazing farmers market every Saturday. You’ll find you don’t need a car to explore the area. The host was outstanding, making everything seamless for us. Whenever we had a minor issue, they arranged for help almost immediately, ensuring everything was resolved without hassle. This place is cozy, spacious, and has all the amenities we could ask for. The other residents were friendly, and we really enjoyed relaxing by the pool. When we accidentally got our checkout date wrong, the host was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to assist us. With multiple properties to choose from, they are clearly trustworthy and reliable. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and the host's other rentals to anyone looking for a fantastic stay.
I had a fantastic time at this rental! The town is charming and perfect for a relaxing getaway.
We arrived on a flight that landed around 1:00 pm, thinking we could have a quick lunch before checking in at 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were informed that our check-in would be delayed because the cleaning crew was still working. After waiting until 5:49 pm for any updates, we reached out again but received no response. It wasn't until about 7:02 pm that we inquired again, and were told they would get back to us. Ultimately, we were able to enter the property around 7:45 pm, only to discover water damage in the downstairs bathroom where workers were busy tiling. The noise from the tile cutting continued until around 9:30 pm, disrupting our evening. To top it off, they left a toilet and sink, along with a plunger, in the kitchen throughout our stay without any explanation or apology. I later asked about compensation for the inconvenience and was told they would check with the owners, but never received a follow-up. It was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
