Entire rental unit. Stunning 3-Bedroom Corner Lower Penthouse Overlooking Miami River in Downtown Miami

The rental was much farther from the convention center than anticipated (a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive). The room was quite small, equipped with just a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning, and there were no kitchen amenities available. Given the location and the amenities provided, the price felt excessively high. Thankfully, I received a full refund due to Airbnb's policy, but paying over $300 was quite steep for what was offered. I hope they can offer a more reasonable rate and improve the facilities in the future.

The host was incredibly attentive to all of our inquiries, which was greatly appreciated given that we had a group of 16 to accommodate! Excellent communication is crucial for a smooth Airbnb experience, and the host really excelled in this area. The property was just as described in the listing. Unfortunately, the oven was out of order, but the host promptly attended to the issue and confirmed it was not functional. Thankfully, we managed with the working stovetop since we were only preparing light meals during our stay for a wedding. We were also pleasantly surprised by some thoughtful touches from the host that we hadn't anticipated—thank you very much! I would definitely consider booking with this host again in the future.

My colleagues and I had a great experience staying here for our business trip. The spacious rooms were very comfortable and impeccably clean. The two additional cottage rooms in the back provided excellent extra space, allowing everyone their own bathroom, which was a huge plus. The pool area was a lovely feature, surrounded by trees, though we had to use the nets provided to keep it tidy. We still enjoyed swimming when the weather was nice, and the soothing sound of the waterfall at night was a delightful touch. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a sense of security. We even enjoyed evening walks to the local Publix. The location is fantastic, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where you'll find a variety of bars, restaurants, and the beach. The host was very attentive and quick to assist with any inquiries we had. We would love to return if it's available the next time we are in town.
