I booked a last-minute business trip to West Palm and needed a comfortable place for a month. The host was incredibly flexible and reached out to me right after I landed at the airport. Although the building is quite large, the tour provided by the host was very helpful and made settling in easy. The condo itself is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything functioned perfectly, and it was spotless throughout my stay.

The location of this rental was not as close to the convention center as I had hoped; it took over 30 minutes to walk there and only 5 minutes by car. The room itself was quite small, only featuring a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Additionally, the shower was not functioning properly, and there were no kitchen amenities available. Given the price I paid, which was over $300, I found it to be quite unreasonable for the level of comfort and facilities provided. Thankfully, I qualify for a full refund under Airbnb's policy, but I really think the pricing needs to be adjusted to better reflect the actual value and amenities offered.

I hope the owner can consider adjusting the pricing and enhancing the facilities in the future.
