The property was quite a distance from the convention center, which took us over 30 minutes to walk and only a short 5-minute drive. The room itself was on the smaller side, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly, and there were no kitchen amenities available. Given the location and the limited facilities, the price felt excessively high. Thankfully, I was able to receive a full refund via Airbnb policies, but at over $300, it seems quite unreasonable for what was offered. I hope the owner considers adjusting the price and enhancing the amenities in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is fantastic and the neighborhood felt very safe, which was a big plus for us traveling with family. The space was ideal for our group, though we did encounter a few issues. The pool was a bit too chilly as the heater wasn’t working, but we made great use of the hot tub, which was delightful! The guest studios near the pool are quite compact, yet they offer the privacy we needed. Keep in mind that this is an older property, so there are some signs of wear and tear. We also faced a problem with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer barely kept things frozen, leading to some melted ice. Additionally, the stairs can be a bit tricky, and there’s only one bedroom on the main floor, which could be challenging for those with mobility concerns since there's no bath or shower on that level. Overall, it was a fair value for what we got, especially divided among several families.

We had an incredible time at this property, which was perfect for gathering our family in one location. I highly suggest this rental, but do check that the pool has been professionally cleaned prior to your stay. We unfortunately had to skip our planned barbecue day as the pool had an issue and needed treatment. The property manager was quick to address the problem with the pool service and everything was sorted out. The responsiveness of the host was impressive. Truly a wonderful experience!
