Our work trip was made so much better staying here! The property had ample space and the beds were super cozy and spotless. The two extra cottage rooms at the back were fantastic for giving everyone privacy with their own bathrooms. We really enjoyed the pool area; it was surrounded by lush trees, so we did have to use the nets provided to keep it clean, but once we did, it was lovely to take a swim on sunny days. The sound of the waterfall by the pool was a lovely, calming feature at night. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, and we even enjoyed evening strolls to the nearby Publix. Plus, the location is just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where there are tons of great bars and eateries, as well as the beach. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to all our inquiries. We’ll definitely look to book this place again if it's available on our next trip!
We had a fantastic stay here and were thrilled to find this place available on such short notice. The apartment comes with convenient parking and is situated within a short stroll of everything you could possibly need. It’s just a quick 2-minute walk to Starbucks, as well as shops and live music venues. While some furniture, like the couch, shows signs of wear, the breathtaking view from the window and sliding glass door more than makes up for any imperfections.
We had a fantastic time during our bachelor party with 11 friends in this wonderful home. It was spotless, spacious, and just as depicted in the photos. Getting to local bars and restaurants was a breeze with a quick Uber ride! The host was attentive and quick to assist with any questions we had. Highly recommend this place for a fun getaway!

The location was fantastic, but the property itself shows its age. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. However, the carpets could really use a deep clean and some of the furniture has seen better days, with a bit of peeling on the leather. Overall, I had a satisfactory stay in a cozy place that's ideally situated, even though it has its imperfections.

I can't recommend this Airbnb enough! Our month-long stay was incredible, and we cherished every single moment. It's in an ideal location – only a short 10-minute ride from the airport without any of the noise, just a quick stroll to numerous shops and dining options, and a mere 10-minute drive to the beach. Clemantis, which boasts fantastic restaurants and a wonderful farmers market every Saturday, is just a 15-minute walk away. You can easily explore the area without a car. The owner was fantastic and made our stay hassle-free. When we encountered a minor issue, they arranged for someone to come over and fix it right away, which was greatly appreciated. The space itself was comfortable, roomy, and equipped with everything we required. The neighbors were friendly, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the owner went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. With several listings under their management, I can assure you they are reliable and responsible. We wholeheartedly recommend this property and the other listings managed by the owner to all travelers!
