The host came to our rescue around 10 PM when our first Airbnb turned out to be a disaster with the apartment not ready for us. We were so relieved to find this place available for a last-minute check-in, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!
The location of this property is fantastic, situated in a secure neighborhood and perfect for a family getaway. The pool area was nice, but unfortunately, the heater wasn't functional, making it too chilly to swim. Luckily, we enjoyed the hot tub instead, which was quite pleasant! The guest studios by the pool offer a good degree of privacy, although they are on the smaller side. Keep in mind that the house shows some signs of age, so don't be surprised by a few imperfections. We encountered issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer didn't seem to freeze anything, leaving us without ice. Also, the stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's just one bedroom on the main level, which may not be ideal for guests with mobility challenges. There isn’t a bath or shower in the downstairs area of the main house. Overall, the price is reasonable, especially when shared among several families.

The host was incredibly quick to respond to all our inquiries and catered to our group of 16 with ease. Communication is key when renting a place, and the host excelled at that. The property description was spot on, making our stay even more enjoyable. The only issue we encountered was with the oven, which the host promptly addressed. Fortunately, the stovetop was functional, and since we were in town for a wedding, it didn't hinder our plans. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and extra amenities provided by the host. A big thank you for making our stay memorable! We will certainly seek out properties managed by this host in the future.

I recently had to travel to West Palm on short notice for work and found this place to be perfect for my month-long stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure to reach out as soon as I landed. Although the building is quite large, I appreciated the tour that helped me get settled quickly. The condo offered plenty of space for me, and it was all in great condition and spotless. Highly recommend!
