This Airbnb exceeded all our expectations! We spent a month here and loved every moment. The central location is amazing—just a short 10-minute drive to the airport without any noise disturbances, a mere 2-minute stroll to a variety of shops and eateries, and a quick 10-minute ride to the beach. Plus, it's only a 15-minute walk to Clemantis, where we found fantastic dining options and the best farmers market on Saturdays. No need for a car to explore the area! The host was incredibly accommodating, making our stay seamless. Whenever we had a maintenance request, they sent someone over right away to resolve the issue. The place itself was spacious, cozy, and had all the amenities we required. The neighbors were friendly, and we really enjoyed relaxing by the pool. When we accidentally confused our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. With several listings, it's clear that they are reliable and responsible. We highly recommend this property and the host's other listings to everyone looking for a great stay.

Our stay here for work was fantastic! The accommodations were spacious and the beds were exceptionally comfortable and spotless. The additional two cottage rooms in the back provided ample space and privacy for everyone with their own bathrooms. The pool area was a delightful feature; it’s surrounded by trees, so we did need to use the nets to keep it clean, but we thoroughly enjoyed swimming when the weather permitted. The soothing sound of the waterfall by the pool was a lovely touch in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and very secure, making evening walks to the nearby Publix a pleasant experience. This location is conveniently situated near Clematis St and City Place, where there’s no shortage of bars, restaurants, and the beach. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We would love to return if it’s available in the future.

It's perfect for a solo traveler, a couple, or even two friends, as the bed can be arranged as either twins or a king. The location couldn't be better, with plenty to explore in WPB just moments away. The kitchen has been beautifully renovated and includes a stove, fridge, and modern sink and countertops. The bathroom is also updated and includes nice features like a dimmer switch. Both the bedroom and living room have ceiling fans for comfort, alongside great air conditioning. The closet is well-designed with plenty of racks and hanging space for your belongings. We appreciated the shared access to a washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking; both of which are available with the main house that is also a rental if you need more room. The property manager was very responsive and addressed a couple of minor concerns we had promptly and effectively. In summary, this property met our expectations, and we would definitely consider staying here again.
