This property is fantastic, and the communication with the owner was top-notch. I truly appreciate all the assistance provided during my stay.
We landed around 1:00 pm and planned to grab a bite before our check-in at 4:00 pm. When we returned at that time, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working, and it would take a bit longer. After waiting until 5:49 pm without a word, we inquired again but received no reply. By 7:02 pm, we reached out once more and were told that we would get an update, but it wasn't until 7:45 pm that we were finally allowed in. Upon arrival, we discovered there had been a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still there laying tiles, cutting tile until around 9:30 pm. To add to our frustration, there was a toilet and sink left in the kitchen, along with a plunger, which was quite unpleasant. Unfortunately, there was no apology offered for the situation, nor any attempt to rectify it. I did ask for a partial refund due to the late check-in and the ongoing issues, but was told the owner would have to be consulted and never received any follow-up. This experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't consider renting from them again.
The host provided an exceptional experience. They were quick to respond, very accommodating, and made us feel right at home. I would definitely consider staying here again.
The owner was amazing and super accommodating. Communication was quick and friendly, which made everything so much easier, especially when I accidentally booked the wrong dates and they were quick to assist me.

The location is fantastic, but the property itself is a bit dated. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. However, the carpets could really use a deep clean and some of the furniture shows signs of wear, like peeling upholstery. Overall, we had a pleasant stay in a cozy spot with a prime location, though there are definitely some areas for improvement.
