The host was incredibly supportive and responsive to all my inquiries during my stay. They went above and beyond to assist everyone looking for last-minute accommodations for the DWD event, tailoring their help to fit individual needs. The studio itself was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Access to the swimming pool was a wonderful bonus, helping me relax and rejuvenate after long hours on my feet. I will definitely return!

We arrived at the airport around 1:00 PM and planned to enjoy a meal before checking in at 4:00 PM. However, when we arrived at 4:00 PM, we were informed that there would be a delay as the cleaning crew was still working. After waiting until 5:49 PM for an update and receiving no response, we inquired again at 7:02 PM and were simply told that we would be informed soon. We finally gained access to the property around 7:45 PM, only to discover that there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom and workers were busy tiling the floor. They continued to cut tiles until about 9:30 PM, and we found a used sink and toilet along with a plunger left in the kitchen. We never received an apology for these inconveniences, and when I asked about a refund for the late check-in and the ongoing issues, I was told the host would consult with the owners but never followed up with us. This experience was quite disappointing, and I would hesitate to book with them again.
