I would award the host five stars solely based on their exceptional service. Unfortunately, the unit itself had a few issues that were not the host's responsibility. A faucet in one of the bathrooms was broken, but the host took care of it promptly. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a more thorough cleaning, and the towels provided were not the highest quality. It would be great if the owner could consider replacing them.
