This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It’s perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends since the bed can either be arranged as two twins or a king. Its location makes it easy to explore the attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been beautifully updated, featuring a stove, fridge, and modern sink and countertops. The bathroom also boasts renovations, including nice touches like a dimmable light. The ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area keep things breezy alongside the effective air conditioning. The closet is well-designed with plenty of shelves and hanging space. Plus, there’s a shared washer and dryer and off-street parking available, which is convenient if you need extra room in the main house. The host was very responsive and addressed a couple of minor concerns quickly and effectively. All in all, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from everything you need! The building is a bit dated, though. The host was great with communication and made the check-in process simple. However, the carpets could really use a deep clean, and I noticed some furniture showing signs of wear and tear, like the peeling on the leather chairs. Overall, I was happy with my stay; it was a cozy spot in a prime area, but there are definitely some areas that could use improvement.

The owner was incredibly welcoming and personable. Communication was quick and easy, and they were very accommodating when I mixed up my booking dates. Highly recommend!

The host came to our rescue when we faced issues at another Airbnb that wasn't prepared for our arrival. It was nearly 10 pm when we reached out, and their prompt assistance meant we could check in without any hassle. Everything in their property was perfectly in order, making our last-minute stay quite enjoyable.
