Entire rental unit. Chic Studio in a Prime Location with Washer & Dryer

The property was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes on foot or about 5 minutes by car. The room was on the smaller side with just a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were out of order, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the location and the condition of the facilities, the price felt excessive. Luckily, I received a full refund due to Airbnb’s policy, but paying over $300 seemed unjustified for what was offered. I hope a more reasonable price point is set and that additional amenities are included in the future.

The owner was fantastic throughout our stay. Check-in was a breeze, and any questions we had were answered right away. The apartment was spotless and beautifully appointed. They met us personally for check-in, making it a smooth experience. Their local insights were incredibly helpful. The location was just as advertised and very convenient. This host embodies what you hope for in an Airbnb experience. I wholeheartedly recommend booking one of their properties.

We arrived in town and our flight landed around 1:00 pm. We thought it would be nice to have some lunch before checking in at 4:00 pm. However, when we arrived at check-in time, we were informed that the cleaning staff were still working, and there would be a delay. After inquiring again at 5:49 pm and still not receiving any updates, we waited until 7:02 pm. Eventually, we were told they would keep us posted, but we didn’t get access until around 7:45 pm. Once inside, we discovered that there had been a plumbing issue in the downstairs bathroom, and repairs were ongoing. The maintenance crew was cutting tile right until about 9:30 pm, and there was a used toilet and sink cluttering the kitchen area the entire time we were there. We received no apology for the inconvenience, nor did we get any follow-up about potential compensation for our late check-in and the problems we faced. Unfortunately, this experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't consider booking with them again.
