We arrived at the property after our flight around 1:00 PM, expecting to have lunch before the 4:00 PM check-in. Unfortunately, when the time came, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working, and there would be a delay. By 5:49 PM, we hadn't received any updates, so we inquired again, but there was no response. Finally, at 7:02 PM, we asked for an update and were told they would keep us posted. It wasn't until about 7:45 PM that we were able to get inside. To our surprise, there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy tiling the floor, making noise until around 9:30 PM. Additionally, there were used plumbing items left in the kitchen throughout our stay. We felt that the host did not offer any apology or attempt to rectify the situation. I also inquired about a potential refund for the late check-in and the problems we encountered, but I was told they needed to consult the owners and I never heard back. Overall, it was quite disappointing, and I don't think I would choose to stay here again.

Our work trip here was fantastic! The accommodations were spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable and spotless. The two cottage rooms in the back provided ample space and each had their own bathroom, which was a big plus. The pool area was a delightful feature, surrounded by trees, which meant we had to use the provided nets to keep it tidy, but we managed to enjoy a swim when the weather cooperated. The soothing sound of the waterfall made for a tranquil atmosphere at night. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a sense of security. We even enjoyed evening walks to Publix. The location is superb, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where you can find numerous bars, restaurants, and the beach. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to any queries we had. We'll definitely consider returning in the future if the property is available.
