We had an absolutely fantastic last-minute getaway at this apartment! The convenience of having parking and being within walking distance of everything was a huge plus. Just a 2-minute stroll to the nearest Starbucks, along with shops and live music venues, made our stay even more enjoyable. While some aspects of the furniture, like the couch, show signs of wear, the breathtaking views from the window and sliding glass door made us forget about those small details right away.
The owner was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We experienced some travel delays, but the host ensured they were available to greet us and give us a tour of the property upon our arrival. We truly appreciate all the effort put in. Thank you!
The location is fantastic and the neighborhood feels very secure, making it perfect for our family getaway. We really enjoyed the pool, although the heater wasn't functioning, resulting in chilly water. Thankfully, we made good use of the hot tub, which was a highlight for us! The guest studios by the pool are compact but offer a nice sense of privacy when needed. Keep in mind that this is an older property, so there are a few signs of wear. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer didn't seem to work properly; the freezer felt more like a fridge, which resulted in soggy ice. The staircase can be a bit tricky, and there’s only one bedroom on the ground floor, so I wouldn't recommend it for guests with mobility challenges. Additionally, there’s no bath or shower in the main floor bedroom. Overall, it's a reasonable price for the area, especially if you're sharing the costs with other families.
Fantastic rental spot with a roomy apartment that met our needs well. There are a few minor enhancements that could be made, but we thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay. The location is ideal, featuring ample parking, a well-equipped gym, and a large swimming pool that offers stunning sunset views each evening.
This was an excellent stay! The apartment was cozy and ideally situated. The complex features a lovely pool and a well-equipped gym. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to our needs. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Just a small note, the apartment looked slightly different than how it was portrayed in the photos, but it was still a great experience overall.
We arrived after a long flight around 1:00 PM, expecting to enjoy a nice lunch before checking in at the scheduled time of 4:00 PM. However, when we arrived, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working, and our check-in would be delayed. After waiting until 5:49 PM without any updates, we reached out again. It wasn't until 7:02 PM that we learned they were still not ready. Ultimately, we could only access the property at approximately 7:45 PM. To our dismay, we found out there had been a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still busy tiling the floor, cutting tiles until nearly 9:30 PM. Throughout our stay, a used toilet and sink were left in the kitchen, along with a plunger, which was quite unsettling. There was no attempt from the host to apologize or offer any remedy for the situation. When I inquired about a potential refund due to the inconvenience, I was told the owner would need to be consulted, but I never received any follow-up. All in all, it's a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't consider staying here again.

The host made everything so simple for us. Even with our flight being delayed, they were there to welcome us and give us a tour of the house as soon as we arrived. We truly appreciate all the effort put into making our stay enjoyable.
The location was fantastic and perfect for exploring the area. The property itself is a bit dated, though. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I noticed the carpets could really use a deep clean, and some furniture pieces were showing significant wear and tear, like the peeling upholstery. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and found the place comfortable and ideally situated, even if it had its quirks.
