This place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. While we did encounter a few minor problems (the hot tub could use a good clean and the flooring on the main level has some wear), overall it matched the description well and we had no major complaints. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of this rental is quite far from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and just about 5 minutes by car. The room itself is on the smaller side, featuring a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the location and the quality of the facilities, I found the price to be rather excessive. Thankfully, the full refund policy worked in my favor, but I still think that paying over $300 is unreasonable for what I received. I hope the owner considers adjusting the price and enhancing the amenities in the future.
