This place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. While we did encounter a few minor problems (the hot tub could use a good clean and the flooring on the main level has some wear), overall it matched the description well and we had no major complaints. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of this rental is quite far from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and just about 5 minutes by car. The room itself is on the smaller side, featuring a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the location and the quality of the facilities, I found the price to be rather excessive. Thankfully, the full refund policy worked in my favor, but I still think that paying over $300 is unreasonable for what I received. I hope the owner considers adjusting the price and enhancing the amenities in the future.

Ceiling fans help circulate the air, along with the fantastic air conditioning. The closet is cleverly designed with ample space for your belongings. There’s also a shared washer and dryer along with off-street parking, which is convenient, especially if you need extra room from the main house. The host was very responsive and efficiently handled a couple of small concerns we had. All in all, this property met our needs perfectly, and we would happily book with the host again.

Guests can also use the shared washer and dryer, along with off-street parking which is a bonus especially during busy times. The host was very responsive whenever we needed assistance and handled a couple of minor concerns with ease. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely consider booking again in the future.
