We did notice a few minor concerns, such as the hot tub needing a thorough clean and some cracks in the flooring on the main level. However, aside from that, everything matched the listing's description and we had no significant problems. I would definitely consider booking this property again.

The location couldn't be better—less than 10 minutes from the airport (but you wouldn't hear a thing!), just a short 2-minute stroll to endless shops and eateries, and a quick 10-minute drive to the beach. Plus, it's only a 15-minute walk to Clematis, which boasts fantastic dining options and a wonderful farmers market every Saturday. You can certainly enjoy the area without needing a car. The host was fantastic, making everything incredibly seamless. Whenever we had a maintenance issue, they had someone there to fix it right away, and it was taken care of in no time. The rental itself was cozy, spacious, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The neighbors were friendly, and we really enjoyed spending time by the pool. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth. They have several listings and truly are reliable and attentive. We wholeheartedly recommend this rental and the host's other properties to anyone looking to stay in the area.

This property was perfect for our family reunion, bringing everyone together under one roof. I would highly recommend it, but it'd be wise to check on the pool's cleanliness prior to your stay. Unfortunately, we couldn’t have our planned barbecue day because the pool needed some maintenance and had turned a bit green. Thankfully, the owner took care of it with the pool service.
