I found myself on a last-minute business trip to West Palm and required a place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly accommodating and reached out to me as soon as I touched down at the airport. The building is quite expansive, but the host provided a helpful tour, making my arrival smooth and easy. The condo is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything functioned perfectly, and it was spotless throughout my stay.
The host came to our rescue around 10 PM when we had issues with a different Airbnb that wasn’t ready for us. We were so relieved to find a clean and comfortable place to stay on such short notice. Everything went smoothly for our last-minute check-in, and we really appreciated the quick assistance.

We had an incredible month-long stay at this property! The location couldn't be better—just a quick 10-minute trip from the airport with no disturbances, a short stroll to plenty of shops and eateries, and a mere 10-minute drive to the nearest beach. It's also just a 15-minute walk to Clemantis, where we discovered fantastic restaurants and the best farmers market on Saturdays. You definitely don't need a car to enjoy the local attractions. The host was outstanding, making everything straightforward for us. When we encountered a minor issue, they arranged for a quick fix, and it was resolved almost immediately. This Airbnb was not only spacious and comfortable but also had everything we needed. The community atmosphere was lovely, and we really enjoyed the pool area. Even when we misunderstood our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to accommodate us. With multiple properties available, you can trust the host completely. We highly recommend this listing and their other properties to anyone looking for a great stay.
We had a fantastic stay here for our work trip! The property was spacious, with comfortable and tidy beds that made our nights restful. The two additional cottage rooms at the back provided ample space and privacy, each with their own bathroom, which was a huge plus. The pool area was a delightful feature; while we did need to use the nets to keep it clean due to nearby trees, we enjoyed a refreshing swim when the weather permitted. The gentle sound of the waterfall added a calming ambiance during the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a sense of security, allowing us to stroll to Publix in the evenings. The location is ideal, just a short distance from Clematis Street and City Place, where we found a variety of great bars and restaurants, as well as the beach. The host was extremely attentive and quick to respond to any of our inquiries. We would certainly love to return here in the future if available!

The kitchen has been nicely updated with a stove, refrigerator, and modern countertop and sink. The bathroom also has a fresh look and includes thoughtful details like a dimmer light. For comfort, there are ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, along with great air conditioning. The closet is well-designed with plenty of shelves and hanging space for storage. Plus, there’s access to a shared washer and dryer along with off-street parking, which is shared with the main house that is also available to rent for larger groups. The property manager was responsive and addressed a few minor concerns promptly and positively. Overall, this property met all our needs, and I would definitely consider renting from them again.

This property was the perfect gathering place for our family reunion. I highly recommend it, but just a heads up to check that the pool has been cleaned prior to your stay. We unfortunately missed out on our planned barbecue by the pool because it needed treatment and was a bit cloudy. The management has since taken care of it with a pool service. The host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to all our questions. Fantastic experience overall!
