Our family spent three weeks at this property, and it was a wonderful experience. The location couldn't have been better for our first visit to West Palm Beach. We loved that everything we wanted to see was just a short drive away, with some spots even within walking distance. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a sense of security, which was a pleasant surprise given how centrally located we were. The home itself, being over a century old, has a unique charm. The pool and cabana area are fantastic for relaxing, and the two 'casitas' make it ideal for accommodating larger groups. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, ensuring our stay met all our needs. The only suggestions I would have are to update the washer/dryer and perhaps invest in some more comfortable pillows. Overall, a great choice for groups looking to enjoy all that West Palm Beach has to offer.
I would rate my experience with the host a solid five stars. Although there were a few issues with the unit itself—like a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms that the owner promptly had repaired—the host handled everything professionally. One of the bathtubs could use a more thorough cleaning, and the towels could be upgraded as they weren’t the best quality. Overall, I had a great stay and appreciated the host's responsiveness.

The location is fantastic and we felt quite secure in the neighborhood. It was perfect for our family getaway. While the pool was enjoyable, the heater wasn’t functioning, so it was a bit chilly; however, the hot tub made up for it! The guest studios by the pool are small but offer great privacy if that's what you need. Keep in mind, this is an older property, so there are some signs of aging. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren't performing well; the freezer was only as cold as a regular fridge, which led to melted ice packs. The stairs were somewhat tricky, and there is only one bedroom on the ground floor in the main house, which may not be ideal for guests with mobility concerns. Additionally, there are no bathing or shower facilities in the main house downstairs. Overall, we found it to be a reasonable price, especially when we divided the expenses among the families.

Our stay here for work was fantastic! The space was ample and the beds were really cozy and spotless. The two cottage rooms at the back provided us with extra privacy and the convenience of having our own bathrooms. We particularly enjoyed the pool area, which was beautifully surrounded by trees. We had to use the provided nets to keep it clean, but the refreshing swims on sunny days made it worth it. The gentle sound of the waterfall in the pool added a serene ambiance in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a sense of security. We took evening strolls to the nearby Publix and loved the location being so close to Clematis St and City Place with a variety of dining and nightlife options, plus the beach. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to our inquiries. We’re definitely hoping to return if it’s available again in the future.
