Our work trip brought us to this fantastic rental, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The house had ample space, and the beds were incredibly comfortable and spotless. The two cottage rooms in the back provided excellent privacy and each had its own bathroom, which was a big plus for our group. The pool area was lovely; although it had some leaves from the surrounding trees that we had to clear with the provided nets, we really enjoyed taking a swim when the sun was out. The soothing sound of the waterfall in the pool made for a relaxing atmosphere in the evenings. The neighborhood felt peaceful and secure, and we appreciated being able to stroll to the nearby Publix. It's ideally situated near Clematis St and City Place, where you'll find plenty of dining and nightlife options, plus the beach is just a short drive away. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely consider returning here in the future if it's available.

What an amazing last-minute getaway! This place was an absolute gem. The apartment features convenient parking and the host was incredibly welcoming. Everything you could want is just a short stroll away – only two minutes to Starbucks, plus shops and live music venues. While the couch shows some signs of use, the stunning views from the window and sliding glass door truly make you forget about those minor imperfections.
Our arrival was a bit chaotic. We landed at 1:00 pm and planned to have lunch before our check-in at 4:00 pm. However, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that there would be a delay as the cleaning crew was still working. After waiting until 5:49 pm without any updates, we inquired about our check-in status. We were told they would keep us posted, but after a further wait, we finally got access to the property around 7:45 pm. To our surprise, there was a plumbing issue in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still on-site laying tiles until about 9:30 pm. Additionally, they had left a used toilet and sink along with a plunger in the kitchen throughout our stay. Unfortunately, there was no apology from the host or any offer to rectify the situation. I requested a partial refund due to the delays and the inconvenience but was told they would need to discuss it with the owners, and I never received a follow-up. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't consider booking here again.
We had a great time at this spacious place during our weekend getaway. It was perfect for our group of friends. There were a few minor problems that caught our attention (the hot tub needed some cleaning, and there were a few cracks in the flooring on the main level), but aside from that, everything matched the listing accurately and we didn't encounter any serious problems. Would definitely consider booking it again!
This property is situated in a fantastic area with a secure neighborhood, making it perfect for families traveling together. The pool was a lovely feature, although the heater seemed to be out of order. Since it was a bit chilly, we enjoyed the hot tub instead, which was quite relaxing! The guest studios near the pool are a bit small, but they offer a nice sense of privacy when needed. Keep in mind that the house has some age to it, so you might notice a few signs of wear. We encountered some issues with the refrigerator and freezer, as the freezer was not operating properly and didn't freeze our ice packs. Also, the stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom on the main floor, which could be challenging for those with mobility concerns, especially since there’s no bath or shower in that area. Overall, given the cost and the chance to split it among several families, it’s a reasonable option for a vacation.

Our experience at this property for my sister's bachelorette celebration was truly unforgettable! There was ample space for all 13 of us, with numerous bedrooms and bathrooms ensuring everyone had their privacy. The two separate guest houses provided just the right balance of togetherness and space. The outdoor setting was gorgeous and made for some fantastic pictures. Plus, the location was ideal, just a stone's throw from downtown West Palm Beach! The owner was exceptionally attentive and supportive during our stay. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to host a large gathering!

The host was incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to answer any questions I had. They went above and beyond to accommodate many guests during the DWD event, which I really appreciated. The studio was beautifully designed and had everything I needed for a delightful stay. I particularly enjoyed being able to use the swimming pool, which was a great relief for my legs after long hours on my feet. I definitely plan to return!
