Our stay here for work was fantastic! The house provided ample space, and we found the beds to be exceptionally clean and comfortable. The two additional cottage rooms at the back were ideal for privacy, each with its own bathroom. We really enjoyed the pool area, which was surrounded by lush trees. While we did need to use the nets to clear out some debris, we took full advantage of the pool on lovely days. The soothing sound of the waterfall in the background made for a relaxing evening ambiance. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, making our evening walks to the nearby Publix enjoyable. Being just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, we had plenty of dining and entertainment options as well as easy access to the beach. The property manager was very attentive and quick to respond to our inquiries. We would love to return if it’s available in the future!

The location was fantastic and really convenient for exploring the area! However, the building itself shows its age. The host was responsive and very helpful throughout our stay. I did notice that the carpets could use a thorough cleaning, and a few pieces of furniture were wearing down with some peeling. Overall, I enjoyed my stay; it's a cozy spot with a prime location, but it could use a few updates.
