We had an amazing three-week stay at this rental! The location couldn't be better for first-time visitors to West Palm. Almost everything we wanted to see was just a quick five-minute drive away, and many spots were easily walkable. The area was peaceful and provided a sense of security, which was a pleasant surprise given its proximity to major attractions. This rental is a charming century-old house with a fabulous pool and cabana area that added to our enjoyment. The two additional casitas were perfect for accommodating our large group. The owner was extremely attentive and responsive, ensuring our experience was delightful. While we think the washer/dryer could use an upgrade and a few new pillows would enhance comfort, overall, this is a wonderful choice for anyone traveling with a big group seeking an ideal location in West Palm.
Fantastic place to stay, the apartment was quite roomy and comfortable. A few minor tweaks would enhance the experience, but we were very pleased with our extended visit. It's ideally situated, offers ample parking, a gym, and a large pool where we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets each evening.
The owner was a fantastic host. Check-in was seamless, and he was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated. He was there to greet us at arrival and made everything so straightforward. His insights about the local area were incredibly helpful. The location matched the description perfectly. This host truly exemplifies what a great Airbnb experience should be. I would highly recommend booking a stay at one of his properties.
The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it ideal for a family getaway. The pool was enjoyable, but unfortunately, the heater was not functioning, which made it too chilly for swimming. Thankfully, we made good use of the hot tub, which was quite pleasant! The guest studios near the pool are compact but provide a nice touch of privacy if needed. Keep in mind that the house is older, so you might notice some signs of age. We did experience issues with the refrigerator and freezer, as they weren't cooling effectively; the freezer was more like a fridge, which left us without ice since everything melted. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there’s only one bedroom located on the ground floor in the main house, which might not be ideal for guests with mobility challenges since there are no bathing facilities on that level. Overall, the price was reasonable, especially for larger groups sharing the cost.
