I found myself needing a place to stay for a month due to a last-minute business assignment in West Palm Beach. The host was incredibly helpful and kept in touch with me right from the moment I landed. Although the building is quite expansive, the host took the time to show me around, making me feel right at home. The condo itself is very spacious for one or two guests, everything functions perfectly, and it was spotless upon my arrival.

The property is quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and just about 5 minutes by car. The room itself felt a bit cramped, only accommodating a double bed, a small sofa, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower was out of order, and there were no kitchen facilities available. Given the location and amenities, the price seemed excessive. Thankfully, I was eligible for a full refund according to Airbnb policies, but I feel that over $300 is a steep cost for what this space offers. I hope future guests benefit from better pricing and more complete facilities.
We had an amazing time at this house during our bachelor getaway with 11 friends. The place was immaculate and matched the photos perfectly. It was just a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to check out! The host was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend this spot for a fun group trip!

Unfortunately, we had to forgo our planned grilling day in the backyard because the pool was not in great condition and needed some attention. Thankfully, the management addressed the issue promptly. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or two friends, with the option to configure the bed as either twins or a king. The location is ideal for exploring all that WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been beautifully updated, featuring a stove, fridge, and modern countertops. The bathroom renovations include thoughtful details like a dimmer switch for ambiance. Both the bedroom and living area are equipped with ceiling fans to enhance comfort, alongside the efficient air conditioning. The closet is impressively organized with shelves and hanging space, allowing for ample storage. Additionally, there is shared access to a washer and dryer, along with off-street parking that also accommodates guests from the main house, which is another rental option for larger gatherings. The host was very responsive, addressing a couple of small concerns swiftly and politely. In summary, this property met all of our expectations, and I would definitely consider staying here again.
