We had a fantastic time at this property with our group of 12 for a bachelor party. The house was immaculate and exactly matched the online photos. It was just a quick Uber ride to all the restaurants and bars we wanted to visit! The host was incredibly quick to respond and very accommodating. This was truly an ideal spot for our getaway!
We arrived at the property around 1:00 pm and hoped to have some lunch before checking in at 4:00 pm. However, when 4:00 came around, we were informed that it would take longer because the cleaning staff was still working. After several inquiries without responses, we finally got access to the place around 7:45 pm. Upon entering, we discovered that there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and construction workers were still tiling the floor, which was quite disruptive. They were cutting tiles until about 9:30 pm, and they left a used toilet and sink, as well as a plunger, in the kitchen throughout our stay. We felt there was a lack of communication and no apologies were given. I requested a partial refund for the delay and inconveniences, but the host said they would need to check with the owners and I never received a follow-up. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
We had an unforgettable time celebrating my sister's bachelorette weekend at this property! It was perfect for our group of 13, with more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to feel comfortable. Having the two guest houses allowed us to enjoy our privacy while still being close together. The outdoor space was absolutely gorgeous and made for some fantastic pictures. The location was ideal, just a stone's throw from downtown West Palm Beach! The owner was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to host a big gathering!
