Entire rental unit. Charming Retreat in the Heart of Coral Gables

We arrived at the property after our flight around 1 PM, hoping to have some lunch and check in at 4 PM. Unfortunately, we were informed at check-in time that it would take a bit longer as the cleaning crew was still working. After checking in multiple times, we finally got access to the property at about 7:45 PM. To our surprise, there was ongoing repair work due to a leak in the downstairs bathroom, with workers cutting tiles until nearly 9:30 PM. Additionally, we found some plumbing items left in the kitchen, which made our stay less comfortable. We reached out to the host regarding a refund for the late check-in and related issues, but unfortunately, we never received a follow-up. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing and I wouldn't consider this place again.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. It was spacious enough for all of us, which was a big plus. There were a few minor issues, like the hot tub needing a good clean and some flooring damage on the main level. However, those didn't really affect our stay. Overall, it matched what was advertised and we had a great time. I would definitely consider booking it again in the future.

We were in quite a pinch when our previous Airbnb fell through at nearly 10 pm. Thankfully, our host came to our rescue and had everything ready for us at his place. The last-minute check-in went smoothly, and we were really grateful for his help. Highly recommend this property!

This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the pricey West Palm Beach short-term rental scene. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even a pair of friends, with the flexibility of a king-size bed or two twin beds. The location is excellent, placing you close to all the exciting attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been beautifully updated and comes equipped with a stove, fridge, and modern countertops and sink. The bathroom is also well-renovated and features nice touches like a dimmer switch for the lights. Both the bedroom and living area have ceiling fans alongside efficient air conditioning, which keeps the space comfortable. The closet is cleverly designed with various racks and hanging options for ample storage. Guests also have access to a shared washer and dryer and off-street parking, with the main house being another rental option if you need extra space. The owner was quick to respond to our needs and pleasantly addressed a couple of minor issues we encountered. Overall, this place met all our requirements, and we'd happily book with this owner again.

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations! We spent a month here and enjoyed every single moment. The location is fantastic—just under 10 minutes to the airport without any noise, and a quick 2-minute stroll to numerous shops and dining options. Plus, the beach is only a 10-minute drive away. We also loved being a 15-minute walk from Clematis, which has amazing restaurants and an incredible farmers market every Saturday. You really don't need a car to explore everything nearby. The host was outstanding and made everything extremely convenient. Any time we needed assistance, they arranged for help right away, and the issues were resolved in no time. The apartment itself was comfortable and spacious, equipped with all the necessities. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool area was a lovely spot to relax. When we accidentally miscalculated our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to make the process seamless. With multiple properties under their management, they are truly reliable and responsible. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and all of the host's other properties to anyone seeking a great stay.
