One of the standout features of my property is its prime location, conveniently situated near numerous hospitals and just a short drive from Miami International Airport. The atmosphere here is peaceful and shaded, making it a perfect retreat. Just a stone's throw away is the stunning Coral Gables Golf Course, a favorite spot for walkers and joggers. Inside, you’ll find a serene environment where you can unwind by the pool or take advantage of a kayak to explore the picturesque Biscayne Bay and the scenic shores of the Atlantic Ocean, as well as the delightful urban waterways that make this area truly special.

The accommodation was fantastic! It was cozy and ideally situated. The community features a lovely pool and a fitness center. The property manager was incredibly attentive and quick to respond. I would definitely come back. The only thing to note is that the interior was slightly different from the images, but it wasn't a significant issue.

We had an incredible family reunion at this property! It was the perfect space for everyone to gather and enjoy each other's company. I would definitely suggest checking in with the host regarding the pool cleanliness prior to your stay, as we ran into a little issue with it being green when we arrived, which prevented us from having our planned barbecue. However, the owner addressed the situation promptly with the pool service, so it was handled efficiently. The host was fantastic and very attentive to our needs. Highly recommend this place!

The location of the rental was quite a distance from the convention center, requiring over a 30-minute walk or a quick five-minute drive. The room itself felt a bit cramped with just a double bed, a small sofa, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly, and there were no kitchen facilities available. Given the price, which was over $300, I found it to be excessive considering the amenities and the location. Thankfully, the host was accommodating, and I was able to receive a full refund in line with AirBNB's policies. I really hope they can offer a more reasonable price and improve the facilities in the future.

What a FANTASTIC last-minute getaway! This apartment was just what we needed and offered convenient parking. The location couldn't be better, just a short stroll to all the essentials like Starbucks, shops, and live music venues. While some of the furnishings show signs of wear, it was easy to overlook those small flaws when enjoying the stunning views from the window and sliding door. Highly recommend!
