We arrived at the property after our flight, expecting to check in at 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, when we got there, we learned that cleaning was still ongoing. We were patient and waited until around 5:49 pm to ask for an update, but received no response. After following up again at 7:02 pm, they told us they were still working on it. We finally got access around 7:45 pm only to find that there was a plumbing issue in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still fixing the tile late into the night. They left some used items in the kitchen, which was quite unpleasant. There was no gesture of apology from the host, and when I inquired about a refund for the inconvenience, I was told they would need to consult the owners but never received any further communication. Overall, I was really let down by this experience and don’t think I would choose to stay here again.

The host was incredibly accommodating, helping us out at nearly 10 PM after we had a bad experience at another Airbnb where the apartment wasn't ready despite our check-in. Thankfully, we found this place and everything went smoothly for our last-minute stay.
