I had to take a spontaneous business trip to West Palm and required a place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly helpful and reached out to me as soon as I landed. Although the building is quite large, the host provided a thorough tour, which made settling in easy. The condo itself is quite roomy for one or two guests, everything functioned perfectly, and it was spotless throughout my stay.
We had a wonderful time at the host's property. It was ideal for our large group, located conveniently in the heart of the city with ample room for everyone to relax.

The location is fantastic, situated in a secure neighborhood, making it perfect for a family getaway. The space itself is quite accommodating for larger groups. While we found the pool inviting, the heater seemed to be out of service, and it was a bit chilly; however, the hot tub was a wonderful alternative! The guest studios near the pool are compact but offer a nice level of seclusion if someone needs it. Being an older property, it's good to be aware that some parts are showing their age. Unfortunately, we encountered issues with the refrigerator and freezer, as the freezer didn't get very cold, leading to melted ice. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom on the main floor, which could be a challenge for those with mobility concerns since there are no bathing facilities on that level. Overall, the pricing is quite reasonable for the area when shared among several families.

The accommodation was quite far from the convention center as indicated on the map; it took over 30 minutes to walk and only about 5 minutes by car. The room was on the smaller side, equipped with just a double bed, a small sofa, and a mini table. Additionally, the shower was out of order, and there were no kitchen facilities available. Considering the location and amenities, the price seemed excessive. I’m grateful for the 100% refund under Airbnb’s policy, but I still feel that over $300 is far too high for what was offered. I hope the pricing becomes more reasonable and the facilities are upgraded in the future.
This property was perfect for gathering my relatives in one location. I highly recommend it, but do inquire about the pool's cleanliness before you check in. We had to skip our planned barbecue day as the pool water was not in the best condition and required treatment. The property manager has since addressed the issue with a pool service. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to our needs. Truly a fantastic experience!
