Entire rental unit. Charming Fully Renovated Spanish-Style Retreat with 4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

A lovely spot to unwind, and the owner was very responsive throughout our stay.

We arrived at the property around 1:00 PM after our flight, expecting to have lunch before check-in at 4:00 PM. Upon our arrival, we learned there would be a delay due to the cleaning staff still working. After checking back at 5:49 PM and receiving no updates, we reached out at 7:02 PM and were told they would keep us posted. Unfortunately, we didn’t get access until about 7:45 PM. Upon entering, we found that a leak had caused some damage, and workers were busy tiling the bathroom floor. They were cutting tiles until approximately 9:30 PM, which disrupted our evening. Additionally, there were used bathroom fixtures and a plunger left in the kitchen during our stay. There was no apology offered for the inconvenience, and when I requested a partial refund for the issues we faced, the property manager said they would need to consult the owner but never followed up. Overall, this experience was quite frustrating, and I wouldn’t consider staying here again.

We spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and had an amazing experience. The location couldn't be better! As first-time visitors to West Palm, we were thrilled with our choice. Almost everything we needed was just a quick 5-minute drive away, and there were even some spots we could stroll to from the property. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure, which was a pleasant surprise. This charming Airbnb is housed in a century-old home, and we loved the fantastic pool and cabana area in the back. The two casitas are great for accommodating larger groups as well. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. While a new washer/dryer and some upgraded pillows would enhance the experience, overall, this place is perfect for big groups seeking the ideal location in West Palm.

I had to make an unexpected trip to West Palm for work and needed a place to stay for a month. The owner was incredibly helpful and made sure to reach out as soon as I landed. Although the building is quite large, the owner provided a thorough tour, which made me feel right at home. The condo itself is perfect for one or two guests, very spacious, and spotlessly clean. I had no issues during my stay.
