We arrived at the property around 1:00 pm and were looking forward to settling in by 4:00 pm. However, when we got there at the check-in time, we were informed that it would take longer because the cleaning staff was still working. After several inquiries, we finally got access around 7:45 pm, which was quite frustrating. To make matters worse, we discovered that there had been a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and contractors were still working on the flooring, cutting tiles well into the evening. The used plumbing fixtures were left in the kitchen during our entire stay, which was quite unpleasant. Unfortunately, there was no communication or apology from the host regarding the delays, and my request for partial compensation for the late check-in went unanswered. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't choose to rent from them again.

It's conveniently located within a short walk to Starbucks, shops, and live music venues—just a couple of minutes to everything you need! While some of the furniture, like the couch, shows signs of wear, the beautiful view from the windows more than makes up for it. We would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.
