Our work trip brought us to this fantastic property, and we had a wonderful experience. The variety of rooms provided ample space, and the beds were both clean and comfortable. The two additional cottage rooms in the back were ideal for giving everyone their own private bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area, which was surrounded by trees. Although we needed to use the nets provided to keep it tidy, we made sure to take advantage of the refreshing water during the pleasant weather. The soothing sound of the waterfall in the pool added a tranquil atmosphere at night. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a sense of security; we even took leisurely evening walks to the nearby Publix. The location is excellent, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where we found plenty of bars and dining options, as well as access to the beach. The host was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond with any questions we had. We would love to return to this great spot in the future if it's available.
The location of the property was further from the convention center than I anticipated, taking over 30 minutes on foot or about 5 minutes by car. The room was quite small, with only a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower was out of order, and the kitchen amenities weren't available. Given the price, I found it quite unreasonable considering the facilities and location. Thankfully, I received a full refund as per Airbnb's policy, but paying over $300 for this experience felt excessive. I hope the owner can reconsider their pricing and enhance the amenities in the future.
We spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and truly enjoyed our stay. The location couldn't be better! As first-time visitors to West Palm, we were thrilled to have chosen this area. Everything we needed was just a quick drive away and many attractions were even within walking distance. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, which was a nice bonus. This Airbnb is a charming century-old house. The pool and cabana in the backyard are amazing, and the two “casitas” are fantastic for larger groups. The host was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. While the washer/dryer could use an upgrade and the pillows were a bit lacking, this place is still an excellent choice for anyone traveling with a big group who wants the best location in West Palm.

I can't recommend this Airbnb enough! We spent an entire month here and loved every second of it. The location is fantastic—just a short 10-minute ride from the airport without any of the usual noise, plus a quick 2-minute stroll to a variety of shops and dining options. The beach is only a 10-minute drive away, and Clemantis, with its fabulous restaurants and lively farmers market every Saturday, is just a 15-minute walk. You truly don’t need a car to enjoy your stay in the area. The owner is an amazing host, making everything so seamless. When we encountered a minor issue, someone was sent right away to fix it, and it was resolved without delay. The apartment itself is cozy, spacious, and equipped with all the essentials. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool provided a lovely spot to relax. We accidentally mixed up our checkout date, but the owner went above and beyond to accommodate us. With several listings available and a strong sense of responsibility, I would highly recommend this place and the owner’s other properties to anyone looking for a great stay.

A few minor tweaks would enhance it even more, but overall, we were really happy with our extended stay. The location is ideal, offering easy access to everything we needed. Plus, the parking was hassle-free, and we loved the gym and the spacious pool area, especially the breathtaking sunsets each evening.

The host came to our rescue late at night when we found ourselves in a bind with an unprepared Airbnb. We had checked in elsewhere, but the apartment was not ready upon our arrival. Thankfully, the host welcomed us for a last-minute check-in, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!
The location was fantastic, situated in a secure neighborhood which made us feel at ease. The space was ideal for a family getaway with multiple families. Although the pool was nice, the heater seemed to be out of order, and since it was quite chilly, we ended up enjoying the hot tub instead which was a plus! The guest studios near the pool are compact but offered a nice touch of privacy when needed. Being an older property, there are signs of wear and tear, so just keep that in mind. We did experience some issues with the refrigerator and freezer, as the freezer barely cooled down, leading to melted ice. The stairs can be a bit tricky and there’s only one bedroom on the main floor, which might not be suitable for those with mobility challenges. Also, note that there isn’t a bath or shower in the main house downstairs. Overall, it was a reasonable accommodation for the area, especially when costs are shared among several families.
