We arrived on a flight that landed at 1:00 PM, hoping to grab a bite to eat before checking in at 4:00 PM. However, when we arrived at the property at the scheduled time, we were informed that it would take a bit longer since the cleaning crew was still working. We tried to follow up at 5:49 PM but received no response. After inquiring again at 7:02 PM, we were told that they would provide an update. We finally got access at around 7:45 PM, only to discover a leak in the downstairs bathroom and workers still tiling the floor. They were cutting tiles until nearly 9:30 PM, and to our dismay, they left a used toilet, sink, and plunger in the kitchen during our entire stay. Unfortunately, there was no apology or effort to rectify the situation. I asked the host about a possible refund for the delayed check-in and ongoing issues, but was informed they needed to consult with the owners and I never received a follow-up. Overall, a very frustrating experience, and I wouldn't consider renting from them again.
