Our stay at this property for my sister's bachelorette celebration was absolutely fantastic! It comfortably fit our party of 13, providing us with ample bedrooms and bathrooms. The two guest houses allowed us to enjoy some privacy while still being together. The outdoor space was breathtaking and offered plenty of great spots for photos. Plus, the location was ideal, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The owner was very attentive and supportive, making our experience even better. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to host a large group!

The property is in an excellent location and the neighborhood feels very secure, making it ideal for a family getaway. The pool was pleasant, although the heater wasn't functioning, so it was a bit chilly for swimming. Fortunately, we made good use of the hot tub, which was quite enjoyable! The guest studios adjacent to the pool are compact but provide good privacy for anyone who needs it. It’s worth noting that the house has some age to it, so don't be surprised by a few signs of wear. Additionally, the refrigerator and freezer weren't operating properly; the freezer was only slightly colder than the fridge, leading to melted ice. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and since there's only one bedroom on the main floor, it may not be the best option for those with mobility concerns. There's no bath or shower available in the main house downstairs either. When considering the price for the area, it's a reasonable choice, especially for larger groups splitting costs.

We had an amazing three-week stay at this Airbnb and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location was absolutely ideal for our first visit to West Palm. We were thrilled to find that everything we wanted to see was just a short drive away, and some places were even within walking distance from the house. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe, which added to our comfort. This charming home dates back a century, and the pool area along with the cabanas in the backyard were highlights for our group. The two additional 'casitas' were fantastic for accommodating our larger party. The host was incredibly attentive and eager to ensure our stay was exceptional. While a new washer/dryer and improved pillows would enhance the experience, this property is truly a wonderful choice for anyone traveling with a big group and seeking the prime spot in West Palm.
The location was fantastic, but the building is showing its age. The host was very responsive and kept in touch throughout our stay. The carpets could really use a deep cleaning, and some furniture items need attention, like the peeling leather on a few chairs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay; it was a comfortable spot in a prime location, though there are definitely some areas for improvement.

The owner was an excellent host, and the apartment exceeded my expectations. It was beautifully decorated, spotless, and very organized. My mother had a wonderful time here and was completely charmed by the place.
I would definitely give the host a top rating based on their attentiveness and great service. There were a few issues with the unit, such as a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, but the host arranged for repairs promptly. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could use a more thorough cleaning, and the towels could be of better quality. It's worth mentioning that the owner should consider updating those.
The host ensured that everything went smoothly during our stay. Despite our flight being delayed, they were kind enough to wait and show us around the property upon our arrival. We greatly appreciate all the assistance provided.
