We arrived around 1:00 pm and planned to have lunch before checking in at 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, when we tried to check in at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning staff were still working. After waiting until 5:49 pm for an update and receiving no response, we inquired again at 7:02 pm and were merely told that they would get back to us. We finally gained access to the property at approximately 7:45 pm, only to discover a leak in the downstairs bathroom. Workers were on-site, tiling the floor, and they continued to cut tiles until around 9:30 pm. To make matters worse, they left used plumbing items in the kitchen throughout our stay. We did not receive any apologies or attempts to resolve the situation. I reached out about a partial refund for the inconvenience but was told the owner needed to be consulted and never received any follow-up. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience, and I wouldn't consider renting from them again.

The studio itself was nicely appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated access to the swimming pool, which was a great way to relax after long hours on my feet. I can't wait to return!
We had an absolutely fantastic last-minute getaway at this lovely apartment! The accommodation was not only equipped with parking but also centrally located, making it easy to explore the area. Just a short stroll to Starbucks, shopping, and live music venues. While some of the furnishings, like the couch, show some wear, the view from the window and sliding door makes you forget all about it. Highly recommend this place!
The location of this property is fantastic, situated in a safe and welcoming neighborhood. It worked perfectly for our family getaway with multiple families joining us. While we found the pool enjoyable, the heater was unfortunately out of service, making it a bit chilly for swimming. Thankfully, we made good use of the hot tub, which was quite relaxing! The guest studios near the pool are compact but offer a nice touch of privacy if needed. Since the house is older, there are a few signs of wear, but it didn’t bother us too much. We did have some issues with the refrigerator and freezer— the freezer seemed more like a fridge, and we ended up with melted ice instead. The stairs could be a bit tricky, and since there's only one bedroom on the ground floor in the main house, it might not be ideal for guests with mobility challenges. Additionally, there’s no bath or shower in the main house downstairs. Overall, considering the price for the area, it’s a reasonable choice when shared among several families.

Our work trip brought us to this lovely place, and we were thoroughly impressed. The number of rooms was ideal, and the beds were not only clean but also super comfortable. The two additional cottage rooms in the back provided ample space and ensured that everyone had their own bathrooms, which was a big plus. We enjoyed the pool area, it was beautifully shaded by trees, although we did have to use the nets that were supplied to keep it tidy. The waterfall feature added a serene ambiance in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure; we even took evening strolls to the nearby Publix. Its proximity to Clematis St and City Place, with an array of dining and nightlife options, was fantastic. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to our inquiries. We would certainly consider returning if it's available on our next visit.
