We had an amazing stay with 11 friends for a bachelorette party. The house was immaculate and just like the photos. It was only a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we had on our list! The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place!
This Airbnb exceeded all our expectations! We spent an entire month here and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is fantastic; it's just a short drive of under 10 minutes from the airport without any of the noise you'd expect. There are so many shops and great dining options just a short 2-minute walk away, and the beach is only a 10-minute drive. We also appreciated being only a 15-minute stroll from Clemantis, where we found amazing restaurants and the best farmers market every Saturday. You truly don’t need a car to enjoy the neighborhood. The owner was incredibly accommodating and made everything seamless. Whenever we had a maintenance request, help was sent over right away, and issues were resolved almost instantly. The apartment itself was roomy, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The other residents were friendly, and we loved spending time by the pool. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host went out of their way to ensure everything was stress-free. With multiple properties, it’s clear the host is trustworthy and responsible. We wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb and any of the host's other listings to anyone looking for a great stay!

The property was quite a distance from the convention center as indicated on the map (over 30 minutes on foot, about 5 minutes by car). The room was fairly small, equipped with just a double bed, a sofa, and a small table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly, and there were no kitchen facilities available. Considering the location and the amenities, the price felt unjustifiable. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund as per Airbnb's policy, but paying over $300 seemed excessive for this space and its offerings. I hope the pricing becomes more reasonable and that additional facilities are included in the future.
The location could not be better, truly a highlight of our stay. The building itself does show its age, though. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our time there. I did notice that the carpets could use a deep clean, and a few pieces of furniture were in need of repair, including some peeling upholstery. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and found it to be a comfortable stay with a fantastic location, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
We arrived after our flight landed around 1 PM, hoping to have lunch before checking in at 4 PM. However, when we returned at 4 PM, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still busy. After waiting, we checked back at 5:49 PM with no reply, and then again at 7:02 PM before finally being let in around 7:45 PM. To our surprise, the downstairs bathroom was undergoing repairs due to a leak, with workers present until nearly 9:30 PM cutting tile. Additionally, a used toilet and sink were left in the kitchen during our stay, which was quite off-putting. There was no apology from the host or any effort to rectify the situation. I inquired about a refund for the delay in check-in and the inconvenience but only received vague responses. Overall, this experience fell short of expectations, and I wouldn't consider renting here again.

This location was perfect for gathering my family all in one place. I highly suggest checking that the pool has been cleaned prior to your stay, as we had to forego our planned barbecue day due to the pool being a bit cloudy and needing treatment. The property management has since taken care of the issue with the pool service. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to our inquiries. Truly a fantastic experience!
