The host was incredibly quick to respond to all of our inquiries and really went above and beyond to meet our needs. With a large group of 16, that's no small feat! Communication was excellent, which is crucial when booking an Airbnb. The property matched its description perfectly. The only issue we encountered was with the oven, but the host arrived promptly to confirm it was out of order. Thankfully, the stovetop was functioning, and we managed fine since we weren't making large meals during our stay for a wedding. We truly valued our interactions with the host, who surprised us with a few thoughtful extras - a big THANK YOU to them! We’ll definitely consider properties they manage for our future trips.

The property was quite far from the convention center as indicated on the map (over a 30-minute walk, about 5 minutes by car). The room was on the smaller side, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a small table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were out of order and the kitchen was not equipped. Considering the location and amenities, the price felt excessive. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund in accordance with Airbnb's policy, but I believe $300+ is too high for this space and its offerings. I hope that a more reasonable price is suggested and that additional amenities are provided in the future.
If I were to rate the host alone, they would certainly deserve a full five stars. However, the unit had a few issues that weren't the host's responsibility. There was a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, but the host arranged for it to be repaired promptly. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have been cleaner, and the towels provided could use an upgrade. The owner might want to consider replacing them.

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's the perfect size for a solo traveler, couple, or even a pair of friends, as the bed can be configured as two singles or a king. The location is ideal, providing easy access to all the attractions in WPB. I was impressed by the updated kitchen, which features a stove, fridge, and brand-new countertops and sink. The bathroom has also been beautifully renovated and includes some nice touches, like a dimmer for the lights. There are ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room for added comfort, along with great air conditioning. The closet is well-organized with shelves and hanging space, making it easy to settle in. Plus, there's shared access to a washer and dryer, along with off-street parking, which is a real bonus. The host was responsive and handled a couple of minor concerns promptly and courteously. Overall, this property met our expectations perfectly, and I would definitely consider renting from this host again.
