The location couldn't be better, very convenient for exploring the area. The property itself is a bit dated, though. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. A few things could use attention, like the carpets that could definitely benefit from a good clean and some furniture that is showing signs of wear. All in all, we enjoyed our time here; it was a cozy spot in a prime location, even if it isn't perfect.

This location was perfect for reuniting my family all in one space. I highly recommend this property, but do check in with the owner to ensure the pool is well-maintained prior to your stay. We ended up missing our fun backyard barbecue day because the pool had turned a bit murky and needed some extra care. The owner has since taken action with the pool service to address this. Overall, the property manager was fantastic and very attentive to our needs. Truly a wonderful host!
Our stay at this property was fantastic for our work trip. The accommodations were spacious and the beds were exceptionally comfortable and spotless. The two cottage rooms in the back provided ample room for everyone, along with the convenience of having their own bathrooms. We enjoyed the lovely pool area, which was surrounded by lush trees; although we had to use the nets provided to keep it clean, we still took advantage of the refreshing water whenever the weather permitted. The soothing sound of the waterfall added a tranquil vibe in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we felt secure walking to the nearby Publix in the evenings. The location is also ideal, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where there are numerous bars and dining options as well as the beach. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to our needs and questions. We would love to return here if the opportunity arises.

This property was perfect for our family reunion, allowing everyone to enjoy quality time together. I truly recommend booking here, just double-check that the pool is clean prior to your stay. Unfortunately, we couldn't have our planned backyard barbecue because the pool needed maintenance and was a bit cloudy. However, the owner addressed this issue promptly with the pool service. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, making our experience even better. Fantastic host!
